My MOA is a fine ship - I have been able to kill other cruisers using my MOA; Cap over 1000 and 4 guns and 2 launchers. I would like to see more heavy combat drones in the MOA but then don't we all.

The current lack of Lab Slots ("if" there is a lack of them) will be partially alievated by Shiva when the sufficiently large player corps can build-up their own POS (Player Owned Structures) such as Labs that will have to be placed outside Empire...
